SWIG Finance is the South West region’s dedicated CDFI (Community Development Finance Institution). Our mission is to generate positive social, economic and environmental impacts through providing loan finance to viable SME businesses in the South West.
Due to continuing growth, we now need the right person to manage our region- wide team of Business Managers, head the credit process as well as undertake lending as part of our fantastic team. This is a full-time, flexible role.
The applicant needs to be based in the South West region (Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire, Bristol and Gloucestershire).
The successful applicant will have:
- A background in SME lending, including making credit decisions.
- An understanding, and practical experience, of loan security and implementation.
- A passion about supporting SMEs to access the support and finance they need.
