South Devon College is excited to announce the launch of South Devon Business Partners, a new reward scheme designed to recognise the employers who actively support apprentices with the College.
The scheme aims to reward employers who use education to grow and develop their business, and choose South Devon College as their preferred training partner.
The various benefits businesses will receive will depend on the category: Bronze, Silver or Gold.
Businesses from across South Devon attended a launch event to celebrate their contribution to the community and the fantastic work and impact of apprenticeships and work placements. Adrian Howe – Stormforce Roofing, Lucy Langmaid from Source – part of the Pennon Group and Laurence Frewin – Vice Principal Corporate Services and Deputy CEO at South Devon College all spoke about the benefits of apprenticeships and the importance of providing current and relevant skills for businesses.
