This qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner and will cover a range of topics including:-

· Managing Conflict
· Managing Change
· Managing Finance
· Conducting a Management Project
· Using Reflective Practice to Inform Personal and Professional Development
The diploma, running over 8 months takes a blended learning approach with classroom delivery (one evening per week) and online learning (one evening per week).
