Designed and delivered by entrepreneurs and industry experts at world-class business schools, the Help to Grow: Management Course will help you boost the performance and resilience of your business.

Applications are now open for Gloucestershire businesses who want to join the September 2023 cohort at the University of Gloucestershire.

Whether you need to identify more efficient ways of working, target new markets, or create a plan to take your business, and your team, to the next level, the Help to Grow: Management Course will provide the knowledge and support you need.

Small business leaders from nearly every industry sector have attended the course. Whether you run a marketing agency, a family-owned restaurant, a manufacturing company or a totally different type of business, you will meet leaders or senior managers that regularly experience the day-to-day challenges that you face. Plus you can share experiences and ideas while building an invaluable local network.

Designed to be undertaken alongside full-time work, the time commitment is 50 hours over 12 weeks. The course is 90% funded by the government, and with a one-off fee of only £750 upfront. By the end of the course, you will have developed a tailored Growth Action Plan to help you lead and develop your business with the aim of realising its full potential. You’ll be supported through the programme by your own mentor.
