Leading Now:
Tools for Successful Leadership in the 21st Century is a six-week programme brought to you by University of Exeter‘s Business School and is designed for mid-level and senior leaders who want to develop confidence, navigate uncertainty, and lead with clarity and purpose.
Combining academic insight with practical, human-centred tools, the programme explores what leadership means today — and helps you shape the kind of leader you want to be. Built around our 4P leadership model (Performance, People, Progress, Principle), it encourages meaningful reflection and gives you a clear framework for everyday leadership challenges.
