Students looking into their next educational steps can discover the incredible facilities and wide range of courses at Duchy College’s upcoming open event.
The College is opening the doors of its Stoke Climsland campus to prospective students on Saturday 27th January between 10am and 12pm, where everyone is welcome to explore the facilities and ask questions about their career options.
Friendly and knowledgeable advisors will be on hand on the day to offer insights on all aspects of college life including courses, transport and learning support.
Head of Campus, Venetia Summers described the event as “the perfect opportunity to explore the possibilities that lie ahead.”
“We are thrilled to welcome prospective students to our Stoke Climsland campus for this exciting open event,” Venetia continued.
“Whether it’s a love of horses, sport, protective services, heavy machinery or animal care, nobody forgets their time at Duchy College Stoke Climsland. All of our staff are dedicated to providing a supportive and inspiring learning environment and we’re looking forward to welcoming potential students and their families to our campus.”
Duchy College Stoke Climsland boasts an impressive range of facilities including the multi-million-pound Future Farm research facility, extensive equine yard, animal management centre, fully-equipped gym and dog grooming facilities, all nestled in a beautiful 660-acre rural estate.
The campus also provides onsite accommodation for learners aged 16 or over.
The course offering at Duchy College Stoke Climsland includes; agriculture and countryside management, animal management and veterinary nursing, equine, land-based engineering and technology, military & protective services, as well as Higher Education and Adult Leisure courses.
