With one in five Exeter students receiving graduate job offers following a summer internship in their penultimate year, graduate recruitment is getting more challenging for employers wishing to recruit with an immediate start date. On average, students will apply for 8 graduate roles in their final year, before securing a job offer, with most starting the application process as early as September, up until March.
