Plymouth Marjon University is involved with the The Career Innovation Company (Ci) who in partnership with the Institute of Employment Studies (IES) in running a funded project with the aim of boosting SME productivity in professional services firms.
We are looking for organisations that connect with SME firms, and SME firms directly (20-250 staff), who would like to take part in this innovative project between now and April 2019. There is no charge! Employees and managers will have the benefit of professional development which we hope to demonstrate will also benefit the firm overall. Employees will take part in the popular on-line 10-week course ‘Be Bold in your Career’ starting January 21st 2019. Participants can work through this flexible course at their own pace so can fit the commitment around their work schedule.
