Gender balance is good for business. However, turning the intent for better gender balance into practical action still presents a challenge for many. Fortunately, with the right commitment and healthy pragmatism, any team can make a difference. Claire has spent over 15 years championing and driving for better gender balance in the technology sector. In this talk, Claire will share practical tips for SMEs to turn that intent into real action that will help overcome your business’s gender balance challenges.

Women in the Workplace: A Dialogue on Equality and Safety – Alexis Bowater

Award-winning journalist and women’s rights advocate, Alexis will share insights from her varied and impactful work. From commemorating women in parliament to advocating for changes in stalking laws, Alexis explores the challenges women face.
