A fully-funded, three day workshop for Founders wanting to explore and evaluate early-stage tech business concepts.
This online programme is suitable for first time Founders working at the the very early stages as well as for owners of established small tech businesses looking to bring a new product or service to the market.
Based on Strategyzer’s established Business Model Canvas methodology, you’ll take a deep dive into your proposed business model, evaluating its strengths and weaknesses and working towards developing a clear and robust plan for developing your venture.
The three-day programme is structured as follows:
Day 1 (Monday 09:00 – 12:30)
- Welcome & introductions
- The Business Model Canvas
- Understanding your customers
- Building a value proposition
Day 2: (Tuesday 09:00 – 12:30)
- Identifying the opportunity
- Evaluating revenue streams
- Exploring business feasibility
Day 3: (Friday 09:00 – 12:30)
- Business model testing
- Presenting your Business Model Canvas
- Speed mentoring session
- Wrap-up and next steps
The sessions are are designed to be practical, interactive and hands-on, and you’ll be putting theory into practice by comparing your business with established business models.
The programme culminates with an opportunity to present your business model to a panel of experts and then a speed mentoring session, which will provide additional valuable feedback on your business idea.
