Professor Monder Ram OBE, the Director of the Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME) at Aston University, is a key speaker at the conference. A leading international scholar on ethnic minority entrepreneurship, Professor Ram has significantly shaped the field with his extensive research and commitment to engaged scholarship. His work, complemented by external research funding from prestigious sources and advisory roles, has been instrumental in supporting diverse business communities.
Dr. Laura Wallis, the Marjon Business Lead and Senior Lecturer at Plymouth Marjon University, will also be presenting. Her academic focus on lifestyle entrepreneurship, flexible working, and work-life balance, particularly in the lifestyle sports industry, brings a unique perspective to the event.
