Professor Jon Shaw is Head of the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Plymouth, and sits on Great Western Railway’s Stakeholder Advisory Board. He researches issues to do with transport policy and governance and is the author and editor of several books on the subject.
