Are you new to project management? Are you looking to boost your project management skills? This FULLY FUNDED course can help you!

This fully funded half-day taster course will help managers and aspiring managers to acquire the skills to plan and manage successful projects.

Key topics will include the:

  • Scope of different types of management project
  • Tools, techniques and approaches to conducting a management project
  • “Know How’s” required to plan and conduct a management project

The course also serves as a taster to a fully funded and Chartered Management Institute accredited course on Project Management taking place in Spring 2020.

Whether you are new to project management or are looking to refresh your existing skills and knowledge, this course will be of benefit to you.

The course is being delivered by the University of Plymouth, with funding from the European Social Fund as part of the Hidden Talent in Devon project.

All business owners and employees resident in Devon are eligible to attend for FREE.

A free networking lunch will be provided.

Due to the nature of the funding delegates are required to bring ID as proof of age and right to work in the UK – a passport is the most suitable proof. Please note that we cannot accept driving licenses.
